Broome County Website Offline as Precautionary Security Measure
Broome County has taken its main website (broomecountyny.gov) offline out of an abundance of caution while its IT and information security teams respond to a global cybersecurity vulnerability affecting website software used by 70% of websites worldwide.
The County is taking precautionary steps to ensure its website is properly secured before restoring access. During this time, residents who need information about county services can call 607-778-8000.
